Geneva Human Rights Agenda represents a new concept of spreading information and documentation in real time and in the most simple and effective manner in relation to all human rights activities taking place in Geneva.
It is an application for mobile devices that will provide key information to all actors interacting with the United Nations human rights mechanisms and bodies and all related activities being held in the world capital of human rights: Geneva.
It is a service that promotes access to information through existing technologies, and that intends to facilitate the work of diplomatic missions, NGOs, representatives of the UN system and other actors, by providing them in a single platform up-to-date information about meetings, reports, decisions, resolutions and latests news relevant to their work in relation to human rights.
This application will be based on public information, which is available in several websites. The advantage will be that through this app users will get the information directly into their mobile devices without using their time searching that information on different websites. Push notifications and sharing features within the app will contribute to maximize time and efforts of delegations and representatives interacting in the field of human rights in Geneva.
